Every Husky Cars component is designed as part of a complete vehicle. The Mercedes-Benz V8 BiTurbo powertrain sits at the core; everything else — bodywork, chassis, interior, lighting — is developed in-house and refined as a system before it ships.

Development
We don't release parts. We finish them.
Most aftermarket Defender parts are sold first and refined later. We work the other way around. A bumper, a grille, a roof rail enters our catalog only after it has carried full weight on an Expedition Frame build, survived an Arctic winter without corroding its mounting points, and passed a final weld-and-fit review by the engineer who designed it.
This is why our catalog is short. Every part is developed in-house, finished as a system around the Mercedes-Benz V8 BiTurbo, and only released when it earns its keep.

The catalog is deliberately short. When a project needs something the catalog doesn't cover, we develop it — concepts, body kits, bespoke components — sketched, prototyped and finished in-house as part of a complete build.

Yes. Every HX, HC, HR, HL and HI component is available as a standalone order. We'll still want to understand the vehicle it's going on — specification, condition, intended use — because fit and integration matter more than the part itself.
